Client Rights- Regarding the images delivered, as digital files or otherwise, Client's rights are limited to personal use. Photographs may not be sold or used in advertising unless other wise specified by the Photographer

I hereby acknowledge that Photography/Video Release Form (hereinafter referred to as "Form") became effection 9/24/2022

Entire Agreement- This is the entire agreement between Photographer and Client and supersedes all previous agreements. It cannot be altered without written consent of both Photographer and Client

I hereby authorize Isabel Lacey Photography to edit, change, copy and make any use of all photographs of me to be used for promotional materials

Photographer Rights-It is understood that any and all images, whether proofs, digital files, final prints or sample prints, and all rights to them remain the property of the Photographer

Editing- Client will not edit or add any filters to end of product.

I authorize the use of my photograph for, but not limited to, publication on the internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc., provided that it is done for lawful purposes.

Upon the usage of my photographs, I consent to such materials becoming the sole property of Isabel Lacey Photography and that I will no longer be entitled to them, provided that it is done for lawful purposes.

I hereby release all right to any, but not limited to claims, rights, demands, and/or anu causes of action by me or my representatives, heirs or anyone else.

Furthermore, I hereby waive my right to any royalty or any other compensation with regard to usage of the photos referred to in this form.

Covid- 19 *

Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises.
